Hello!
My name is Noa. I was born in Israel and raised in Tel-Aviv and Bangkok.
I work as a Clinical Psychologist and Business & Life Coach. I found painting 15 years ago. At first, my desire to paint started with a strong urge to place color on a big, white canvas. With it, though, came a freezing fear that had nothing to do with logic.
Today, I recognize this fear as part of my emotional journey to discovering my inner creative spirit.

ART HELPS US DISCOVER THE MOVEMENT ENERGY IN OUR LIFE

I love to engage in creative projects that allow me to express, discover, and live through the various “languages” that dancing, singing, and painting provide. In essence, painting has become another way of sharing the colors and movement energy in my life with others and creating balance and joy within.

THE 21ST CENTURY OPENED UP NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR US ALL

Thanks to online opportunities to present my art to audiences around the world, it’s possible for me to live as a digital nomad, working with clients online, providing therapy and coaching, and selling my paintings from wherever I am in the world. How amazing is that! This was not possible 30 years ago.

I paint with acrylic, mostly very colorful paintings, the majority of which are abstract.

MY PROCESS
The process of painting always surprises me. I call it my “spiritual guide.”

After being possessed by a voice in my head that has an agenda about what I should be painting and how it should look, I find a way to let the voice go. I forget all the plans, ideas, and visual concepts provided by my head and give up on any expectation I have that the painting will turn out “nice” or “pleasing” in any way. Only then do my hands succumb to the languages of my inner world, allowing it to flow through me onto the canvas. It is then that it feels as if the painting is coming from deep within my belly and bursting into many happy and intense colors on the canvas.

LIVING MY DREAM

Sharing my colors and movement energy, and selling my paintings online, were once only a faraway dream. Today, I am proud to share that I have customers supporting my art from Mexico, Austria, Singapore, California, New Jersey, Long Island, New York City, and Israel. Some paintings are sold as originals, and some are sold as high-quality giclée prints from the PitchART gallery in Israel.

Over the years, I have held exhibitions in private homes and galleries and one long-term exhibition in a Maale Hacamisha hotel close to Jerusalem. I’ve studied with Ruven Tishrei to enhance my abilities to paint with devotion to my spirit.

Today, while traveling in Southeast Asia and living in Bangkok where I was raised for six years, I sell paintings mostly for homes and offices.

Having said that, I’m now passionate about spreading my color and energy through my paintings to commercial and public spaces: hotels, banks, corporate offices, lobbies, and perhaps even shops such as IKEA.

I’m open to ideas and collaboration!
